Simon’s practice focuses on Aboriginal law. He assists First Nations with litigation, governance and land and resource issues. He also advises treaty First Nations with treaty implementation and enactment of laws under their treaty law-making authority.
Simon completed his articles at Ratcliff LLP in 2014 and has been at the firm since then. Simon spends much of his free time exploring the wild corners of BC and beyond.
