Articling Students at Ratcliff

Ratcliff has an interesting and diverse practice with clients we’ve had long-term relationships with and intend to keep. Our lawyers are dedicated to and enjoy their work, and we have an up-beat and collegial work environment. We welcome two articling students each year to assist us with our work.

Articling students can expect a varied and rewarding articling experience at Ratcliff LLP. We encourage a participatory and consultative process between the articling student and their principal. If a student is interested in a particular area of law, he or she can request more of that work and we will do our best to accommodate that request.

During articles, a student can expect to conduct trials in Provincial Court and do Chambers work in British Columbia Supreme Court.

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • A genuine interest in the law practiced by this firm
  • A solid academic record
  • Diverse work and personal experience in a variety of settings with people of different backgrounds

We look forward to meeting you.
