Peter is the leader of Ratcliff’s Wills and Estates Group.  He is a trusted, go-to advisor for his extensive experience in estate planning and administration. Peter works closely with individuals, families, and representatives to develop a tailored strategy to protect wealth, assets, and real property for beneficiaries.

As part of his practice, he advises clients on matters relating to:

• Wills and trusts (including family trusts, testamentary trusts, joint partner trusts, alter ego trusts and insurance trusts)
• Incapacity planning including powers of attorney, representation agreements and specific planning for individuals with disabilities
• Administration of estates and probate
• Disputes regarding trusts and estates
• Business succession
• Real estate issues related to estates

Prior to joining Ratcliff, Peter was a lawyer in a leading international estate planning law firm in London, England.
