The firm provides pro bono work to individuals and organizations in need, ensuring access to justice for those who might otherwise be marginalized or underserved. Charitable & Community Giving
Ratcliff actively participates in charitable initiatives, local events, and community programs that enhance wellbeing and create meaningful impact. Whether supporting health, education, or cultural initiatives, the firm seeks to give back in ways that strengthen the communities where it operates and create lasting positive change.

Our Student Program A demanding, but rewarding experience
Each year, we welcome two articling students into our purpose‑driven practice. Our program offers meaningful, hands‑on learning in a supportive environment. Students work closely with our team on real files involving modern treaty implementation and economic development, gaining practical skills while contributing to stronger Indigenous governance and community‑driven opportunity.
