Maegen clerked at the BC Court of Appeal before coming to Ratcliff in 2004 to article, and she has been at Ratcliff since then. During Law School, she provided legal assistance to clients of the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic and the Halifax Refugee Clinic. Since being at Ratcliff, she has assisted in matters before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Canada.
