Kerry L. Somerville, Associate
Kerry is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan and was called to the bar in Saskatchewan in 1988 and to the bar in British Columbia in 1993. Kerry practices exclusively in the areas of family law and will and estates. She has extensive experience in all levels of court, including Provincial Court, Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal. In addition to her litigation experience, Kerry is a certified mediator and collaborative law specialist and much of her practice is devoted to alternate dispute resolution.
Kerry has been a presenter for Continuing Legal Education, a guest instructor at the Professional Legal Training Course and has edited and published papers for Continuing Legal Education.
Kerry is married with two children and outside of work enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, tennis and biking.
